The Robotics NZ initiative is supported by the New Zealand Robotics, Automation and Sensing (NZRAS). NZRAS is a network of researchers, engineers, technologists and students that is concerned with research and application of robotic, automation and sensing technologies.
Together, we aim to connect all parties in the innovation ecosystem to facilitate the advancement of science and technology. Interested parties include research providers from tertiary institutions, CRIs, COREs, Callaghan Innovation and various industry groups in New Zealand.
Our intention is to foster and build collaborations, partnerships, and new networks that will undertake research and development projects with a national focus such as those of the National Science Challenges. Our goal is to organize conferences and other meetings, and serve as a focal point for New Zealand industry and researchers.
